Bridgend Aggregates are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and minimises our potential impact on the environment.
We operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all our activities and operations.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is Scotland's principal environmental regulator, protecting and improving Scotland's environment. Being SEPA registered this means our activities and operations are regularly inspected. Our compliance assessment scheme final assessments are currently reviewed as excellent.
As well as the necessary requirements Bridgend Aggregates are also SEPA registered and authorised to carry out the following activates and operations:
- to accept and keep inert waste
- to recycled inert waste
- to carry and transport inert waste
- mobile screening and crushing equipment is all registered when on our sites and out on hire
